The Janbud Jan Kordeusz Construction Company began its activity with the construction of buildings in Germany. It has been operating in the Polish market since 1992. The company has set up its subsidiaries with intensive development. The Janbud Group provides services in the fields of construction, consulting, and exchange of experience. The Group consists of: Janbud Wrocław Sp. z o.o. Construction Company, Janbud Zary Sp. z o.o. Construction Company, and developer companies: Locus Sp. z o.o., and Locus 1 Sp. z o.o. As a result of the company’s development, another company called Stabilis Sp. z o.o. was established within the equipment and transport department.
We provide construction services both as a general contractor and a subcontractor. The company’s activities include a wide range of construction services, in particular: monolithic and prefabricated concrete structures, reinforced concrete tanks, and sewage treatment plants, construction of production and warehouse halls, residential houses, hotels, public buildings such as schools, office buildings, clinics, churches, construction of road surfaces, storage yards and parking lots, water supply and sewage systems, as well as turnkey facilities.
The core of the company is a carefully selected staff, proven on domestic and foreign construction sites, with an extensive professional background. We employ only highly qualified employees, which means that we are prepared to accomplish various goals in the construction industry.
The company has its own construction equipment, means of road and technological transport, as well as specialized technical means such as: large-scale and small-scale formwork, arch formwork, complete Larsen-type tight wall construction, complete explosion-free demolition of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, scaffolding, excavators, truck cranes and tower cranes as well as other construction machinery and equipment, our own reinforcement and locksmith facilities and complete container construction facilities with power generators.
